Needed an innovative marketing approach to improve competitive stance in market with new incoming competitors in the region. Lift and leverage brand among losses within certain demographics and better utilize strong relationships with local professional sports teams.

Consulting Services

Provided strategy, interactive and management consulting services to develop an online marketing strategy within the region representing over 240 locations. Created a market facing web portal to lift and leverage brand, augment partnership with NFL and NHL professional sports teams and tie to community outreaches and volunteer efforts. This webportal which appeared in the stadiums during home games, managed consumer based activities such as giveaways, weekly coupons, etc.

Outcomes

Sales increased in targeted demographics. Local media outlets promoted the Awards Program, “the big game” giveaways and Captain for Week Program. Increased sales from 4% to 11% within the region representing the largest regional increase globally for the year.
